Gosh, Week 2 has been a busy week!
On Monday 2 students in the class received a big surprise when they found out that they had both won a colouring competition we entered last term.
The Hot Rod Club and the Rescue Helicopter people arrived to present Mika and Vansh with their prize, a family experience in the flight simulator that the helicopter pilots train in.
Our class photo will also be published in an up coming edition of the Hot Rod magazine.
Well done Mika and Vansh.
Students in Room 4 also spent the week painting a 'Rugby Fan' which will be displayed around the city during the upcoming Lions Rugby Tour. We chose to paint a "Crusader' fan.
Our week finished with a lovely Mother's Day liturgy in the church and Kauri whanau sang for our mums.
You might like to learn the song we sang at home.
We also wrote a special poem for our mums but we can't show you that yet in case our mums see it before Sunday!
